SYS1-DM3

The SYS1-DM3 series is designed for precision monitoring of hydraulic cylinders. It uses built-in magnetostrictive waveguide technology and achieves ±0.05% FS high-precision displacement detection through non-contact measurement principles. The product adopts a fully sealed stainless steel housing and an integrated high-pressure resistant design. It can withstand shock and vibration under harsh working conditions, support stable operation in a wide temperature range of -340℃ to +70℃, and has a protection level of IP67. It has a built-in high-performance signal conditioning module, provides 4-20mA/0-10V analog and RS485 communication (MODBUS-RTU protocol) output, and is compatible with industrial control systems such as PLC and servo controllers. The ultra-long cycle life design of 50 million times effectively reduces the maintenance frequency. It is widely used in engineering machinery cylinders, metallurgical hydraulic systems, ship lifting equipment and industrial automation equipment, providing a high-reliability solution for displacement monitoring of hydraulic actuators.
